6.02. According to the period of uninterrupted service accumulated on 30 April of the qualifying year, an employee is entitled to the following annual vacation:
Uninterrupted serviceAnnual vacation
Less than 1 year1 day per month up to a maximum of 10 days
at least 1 year but less than 3 years2 weeks
at least 3 years but less than 15 years3 weeks
15 years or more4 weeks
